Once your media is ready to be delivered to you. You will receive an email that will allow you to access our portal. On this portal, you will have your own account to manage and download all of your media taken by Home Lense.

No, you don’t have to be present for appointment. We do ask to make sure that the property is prepared before our arrival. If a lockbox is present on the property, we ask that you provide us with the information so our team member can access.
